There are 7 tenderers in this competetion, and the tenders were opened in sequence. As a result of the qualification review, 5 companies met the requirements of the tender documents, and 2 failed.

The qualified tenderers are: Sun,Cheng-Hsiung Architects & Associates, Liming Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd., RENARCH ARCHITECTS, The Urbanists Collaborative, LUP INTERNATIONAL.

The tenderers failed the qualification review are: Other Lands Studio LLC & JIM (If the price list price is higher than the budget amount disclosed in the tender notice, it is not qualified according to the Article 67 of the Instructions for Tendering), Willem Snel (Chinese translation of the relevant certification is not attached, so it is considered unqualified according to the provisions of Article 64, Paragraph 3 of the Instructions for Tenderers: foreign documents shall contain notarized or certified Chinese translation.)
